This delectable cookie is made with vanilla instant pudding with and artisan mint flavoring topped with a vanilla glaze with a hint of peppermint extract. The green color comes from a vibrant matcha powder (but no matcha flavor comes through here). This treat is maybe kinda like that infamous seasonal milkshake at a certain fast food chain.
