Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lisa@sugarandfirebaking.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

• A replacement (when feasible), or

• A refund to the original payment method, or

• A discount on a future order

3. Shipping Issues

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
