Our classic chocolate chip cookie, but made with Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free flour and only gluten-free ingredients are used. These cookies are made without any of the 9 major allergens. Prior to baking all tools and appliances used are cleaned and sanitized as much as possible. But, of course, the bakery also bakes with gluten on other days so order based on your specific dietary needs and tolerances.
